Reschedule Fees:

We encourage responsible use of the rescheduling option. Repeated rescheduling or misuse may result in additional fees or limitations on future rescheduling requests. Customers opting to cancel their service appointment instead of rescheduling are subject to our standard cancellation and refund policy.

Exceptions:
